Experience
For over 10 years, I’ve worked in a variety of psychological wellbeing settings, including private practice as a Senior Therapist in the City of London and East London, NHS secondary care forensic mental health units, and primary care in NHS talking therapies. I’ve also worked as a Team lead in the NHS and volunteered with several charities as an Honorary Counsellor. I have a grounding in psychotherapy and counselling theory and skills. My passion for supporting psychological wellbeing began when I volunteered with the Samaritans, and from there, I pursued further training and experience in psychotherapy and counselling.
I work with people facing a range of challenges, from complex trauma and anxiety to depression, long-term health conditions, and low self-esteem. I’m passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can reflect, grow, and gain new coping strategies. My aim is to empower clients to better understand themselves and the world around them, tailoring each therapy session to meet their individual needs.
